Confederation College
Confederation College has been serving the citizens of Northwestern Ontario since 1967 by meeting the educational needs of students in a catchment area of 550,000 square kilometers. Along with its main campus in Thunder Bay, Confederation College has eight regional campuses located in the communities of Dryden, Fort Frances, Kenora, Geraldton, Marathon, Red Lake, Sioux Lookout and Wawa. Confederation College delivers exceptional education and training to an average of 8,800 combined full and part-time students per year and currently has a total of 805 full and part-time employees.

Seven Generations Education Institute honours those who have walked ahead of us, respects those who walk with us and considers those yet to come. Seven Generations Education Institute encompasses the traditional education process by blending culture, tradition, information and technology. This philosophy provides opportunities to demonstrate our commitment to the values, needs, and learning styles of our communities. Our goal is to continue developing and implementing an education system that always takes into account the next Seven Generations.
