2011 BUSINESS AWARD NOMINATION

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Any business in the Kenora District is eligible to be nominated for an award. The nominee does not need to be a Chamber member.
2. Any one may nominate a business.  You do not need to be a member of the Chamber to make a nomination.  
3. Nominees may be nominated for more than one award; however, each award category must be submitted on a separate form.
4. Individuals and companies are encouraged to nominate themselves. 
5. Using nomination criteria, state clearly why you are nominating this candidate for this award.
6. All submissions must have be typed or legibly handwritten and refer to specific award criteria.
7. Return the completed nomination submission by mail, email, fax or dropping off:
